A medium sized terrace which required re-working of the rear in order to create a space more conducive to today’s style of living. This made way for opening up onto the north facing courtyard, creating a large open plan living area and highly detailed semi-commercial kitchen, perfect for entertaining with family and friends. An en-suite bathroom and robing was added to the upper floor master bedroom via hanging a zinc clad box onto the side of the existing terrace wall.
