 This great commission was set in the Pittwater side of the Northern Beaches with fantastic elevated views of the water through large established Angophora trees. The particular site was quite steeply sloped and created a number of difficulties. One of the solutions that seemed to work was to place the lap pool over the garage to the front of the block which then linked to the ground floor living and bedroom spaces. The entire upper floor enjoys great views from the living space with the master bedroom suite slotted in behind. A central core circulation space encourages light and ventilation throughout the building. The beauty of this project came through the simplicity of the structure and refinement of finishes.
