Greenwich House 
Chisholm Road, Greenwich

The original building was a typical two-storey Californian Bungalow era house with four bedrooms. The client had previously had a DA approved to alter the facade and carport but it had expired and the client now wanted a completely new look for their house.   

The house next door was listed as a Heritage item which had to be considered in any alterations.

The client brief included extra storage, a pool and decking area for entertaining. A parents retreat was also added.

The result is a very modern home using the bones of the existing Californian Bungalow.
