This project coordination was unique whereby the client was located in the UK and the project was completed from design through to construction via phone conversations, email and post. The ground floor had already been renovated and the client wished to have an upstairs bedroom and ensuite added without compromising the completed lower floor. A box design was created and implemented into the roof structure. The end product was completed within budget, on-time and with no complications.
