A challenging project to bring a red bricked 70s style dwelling into the 21st Century! Although an upper level addition already existed on the property our focus was mainly on the lower level floor. A reconfiguration of bedrooms, new ensuite, main bathroom, laundry kitchen and large living area which opened up to a generous deck was required. A classic modern approach which sympathetically blended in with typical 70s red brick and fibre cement cladding was our challenge. We succeeded in creating a light filled, contemporary addition which answered the client’s brief and more.
